Living Plaza Palu Mall is one of the strategic projects we handled as a contractor, delivering a modern shopping center that is functional, comfortable, and built to high standards for the people of Palu City and its surrounding areas. This project was designed to become a new commercial destination that supports regional economic growth while responding to the evolving needs of an urban lifestyle.

In the development of Living Plaza Palu Mall, we were responsible for the execution of construction works, particularly structural and architectural works, as well as coordination of the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.

Quality, schedule, and cost control, along with the implementation of OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) standards, were applied throughout all stages of construction.

Living Plaza Palu Mall was developed using a modern commercial development approach, prioritizing efficient spatial planning, comfortable visitor circulation, and flexible tenant areas. The building design carefully considers functionality, aesthetics, and long-term ease of maintenance.
