Adira Finance Regional Office is an office building development project designed to support the operational and regional management activities of Adira Finance. The building functions as a center for coordination, services, and decision-making, therefore requiring high construction quality standards, efficient spatial planning, and a professional, representative building image.

As the contractor, we were entrusted with the execution of this project by prioritizing timely completion, high workmanship quality, and full compliance with the corporate standards of a national-scale financing company.

The Adira Finance Regional Office adopts a modern industrial–corporate concept, emphasizing a balance between a professional image and the use of natural materials. The building design highlights the application of natural elements such as perforated brick screens and exposed brick on the façade, serving both as visual accents and as passive solutions for air circulation and natural light control.

The scope of work for the Adira Finance Regional Office project includes Structural, Architectural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and Interior works.
